Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie has taken aim at his English counterparts, saying they are more interested in partying than playing football.
The Dutch striker said he is shocked by the behaviour of some of the Barclays Premier League big names.
"When I see some English footballers who are out until three in the morning, then I can only conclude that they are invariably finished at 33," the 27-year old said.
"For me it's very important to be having breakfast every morning with my two children.
"And that wouldn't be possible if you were hanging about in a discotheque all night.
"I have made another choice and that's to be doing what I love the most, playing football."
